1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by GSBY Leisure Limited ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16552322). By booking a charter or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to the charter date.
• All prices are quoted in GBP. VAT is applied at the prevailing rate.
• Payment details and methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the charter date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the charter date may forfeit the deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any charter due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Weather & Safety

The safety of our guests and crew is paramount. We reserve the right to alter itineraries, delay departure, or cancel charters if weather conditions or sea state are deemed unsuitable. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the skipper and are final.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the skipper and crew at all times.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
• Any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by guest negligence may result in charges for repair or replacement.
• Guests must declare any medical conditions or mobility issues that may affect their ability to safely participate in the charter.
• The consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation, but the skipper reserves the right to limit this if safety is compromised.

6. Liability

GSBY Leisure Limited holds appropriate marine insurance. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, or third-party actions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total charter fee paid. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during charters for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us before the charter begins.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
